Cleanliness is good. Internet is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is good. There is a small mall opposite but need to use the overhead bridge to cross over. Due to construction it is a bit inconvenient to walk around. If planning to go to the Ancol area, this is a good hotel. The bed is one of the best I have slept in. The bath towels are great.

It was a clean, spacious and comfortable western style hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was strong throughout the facility and a taxi/transport stand is right outside the front door.
